October 2000 Dear Al, One thing I wanted you to be aware of is that I have decided to take advantage of an educational opportunity that was offered to me recently. Immaculata College is offering an ACCEL program at Barley Mill Plaza. They are offering two B.A. degrees - one in Organizational Dynamics and the other in Organizational Performance. The Dynamics degree is a business degree and the other is a psychology degree. I am primarily interested in the psychology degree but if I take five extra classes I can get both. This will probably impact the timing on me doing the Highlands Strategic Planning program for the time being. I can say without a doubt though that just taking the Highlands Abilities Battery has been a big help to me. It has helped me steer myself away from areas that would be a drain on my energies. I have received two promotions since moving to my new job in February of this year, so not only do I believe I'm going in the right direction, but apparently my company does as well.
